At The Studio the health and safety of our visitors and staff is our number one priority.
We are following all CDC guidelines in the use of masks, social distancing, limited capacity, and regularly scheduled cleaning of photography areas and props. We are doing everything we can to be CDC compliant and ensure our visitors have the most memorable experience.

Tickets can be purchased directly through the website. Walk-in tickets at the door will be subject to availability. Tickets are non-refundable. However, you can reschedule a time up to 24 hours before or transfer the tickets.
A ticket gets you 60 minutes inside The Studio photo areas but you are welcome to hang out in the reception lounge or on our patio.
There is no age limit – we are family friendly for all ages to enjoy! However, 12 and under need to be supervised by an adult.
We allow food and beverages in the lounge and patio area but only allow a closed top beverage (water bottle) in the photo area of The Studio.
We recommend only bringing a small bag or purse and any camera you would be using for photos! There is nowhere to store or hold excess items.

Absolutely. There are no limitations on types of cameras!
Pets on leashes are allowed as long as the owner is mindful of other guest. Pets can be held but they are not allowed on furniture or props.
